Choose the Correct GPA Scale Before Entering Grades

Plan a Target GPA Without Hiding Feasibility
The target result is a required average across the future credits entered, not a promise about a particular set of letter grades. If the required value is above the selected scale maximum, the target cannot be reached within that credit window under the model. More future credits, a different target, or a stronger entered term changes the equation.
The calculator also reports the lowest and highest possible cumulative GPA after those future credits using zero and the selected scale maximum as boundaries. Those bounds make an impossible target visible and help prevent a required average such as 4.72 from being presented as though it were an ordinary attainable GPA on a 4.0 scale.
